The order management system has been initially integrated into the Hot Mustard ecommerce platform serving several countries including UK, Germany, Poland, Italy, France and Spain on their Amazon, Amazon FBA and eBay channels.

Kurt Geiger are scaling their receiving and order fulfilment operations to utilise a multi-floor warehouse as part of their growing operations strategy. An upgrade was secured to the latest version of their warehouse management solution, WMSActive. This also included securing a further 20 Casio hand held units running the WMS pocket task director application. Kurt Geiger will leverage the efficiencies of the hand held devices with the latest MNP WMS solution to maximise pick productivity, receiving and processing of returns. Speedier processes will enhance their customer engagement.

High Street TV currently house a large amount of custom product data outside of the core OMS system. There was a choice to consolidate this into the OMS product data tables or invest in the wider solution that is the PSMActive platform, part of the MNP ActiveSeries Suite. The platform alongside the OrderActive Order Management System is designed to facilitate the product life cycle from concept to purchase, supplier management and be able to raise purchase orders in multiple currencies with tracking from within a centralised integrated platform. All HSTV’s product data can now be stored within one system to feed all channels as required.
