This incredible achievement comes at the same time Hallmark are celebrating their 30th anniversary.</p> <p>Hallmark purchased its 40,000 sq ft headquarters in Melton Mowbray in 2013 and has since expanded its premises to enable a larger range of products to be handled.</p> <p>Hallmark Managing Director, Philip Hall, said “With the pandemic forcing retail companies to sell more of their products online, we saw demand for our services rocket. Fortunately, our business model and IT infrastructure are such that we can quickly scale our fulfilment services up or down in response to customer demand. The same was £15.5 million back in 2020.</p> <p>MNP have also helped Celtic successfully integrate with John Lewis & Partners, Marks and Spencer, and Next, which will help further establish them as a truly international company. Operating in over 100 countries such as the US, Australia, Canada, and Germany, international sales now represent over 30% of turnover.</p> <p>Celtic and Co. use the MNP OrderActive OMS (Order Management System) as the central data hub across their IT back-end. Their recent upgrade to the latest version (v5) of the MNP OrderActive order management system has drastically improved the back-end order management process.</p> <p>Celtic have also recently recruited 26 local people, increasing their employees to 84 permanent members of staff. Most of whom will be working from the newly opened office and warehouse in Indian Queens, approximately 7.5 miles east of their factory in Newquay, where the skilled team hand craft its collection of British sheepskin boots and slippers. Adjoining the warehouse is the brand-new Celtic and Co shop, where customers can try on any in stock items from the most recent range and pre-order any items awaiting delivery. </p> <p>Celtic are in the process of upgrading their warehouse management software to the Android version of MNPs ground-breaking module WMSActive. This latest release offers all the sophisticated functionality for tasks including Goods In, Putaway, Cycle Counts, Replenishment & Picking using Android Handheld Devices supporting Zebra & Honeywell Technologies.</p> <p>Celtic & Co. managing director, James Williams said - “Our product development team has been working really hard to launch our best, and most sustainable, collection yet.
