  • Manage customer expectations: Be realistic about what you can deliver. If you offer a service, be sure you can deliver it.   • Invest in the right OMS/WMS: All of the marketing material in the world can win you massive order volumes, but lacking the proper systems to fulfill those orders can cost you years of brand trust. Look back on previous years’ records to see if your OMS & WMS met the demands of the hectic holiday season.
