Support

MNP has a Technical Support Charter which our department applies to the services provided and manages a Support Feedback process. Listening to how we have performed enables us to adapt and evolve the support services offered. Our aim is to provide a personal, robust and friendly service.

The pre-go-live UAT Testing period is critical and the point at which we set up and demonstrate the newly configured system and show how it will work. Any snags or unforeseen glitches can be jointly identified and the system promptly amended. We can also integrate legacy or existing systems and carry out customization as required.

MNP offers ongoing support and our aim is for new clients to rapidly achieve improved, sustainable results. Following ‘go live’ we provide:

  • A dedicated, customer- focused support team to give a quick and efficient fault-finding process and rapid resolution. Our clients say our support team is one of the best in the industry.
